15-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with PipoPets.

You can request a return within 15 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at pipopetsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at pipopetsuk@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
