Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–12 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, high order volume, weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates for UK orders:

Orders under £85: £4 shipping fee
Orders of £85 or more: Free shipping

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

PipoPets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at pipopetsuk@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at pipopetsuk@gmail.com with your order number and we will help investigate the issue.

If an order is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, household members, safe places, and your local delivery office before contacting us.
